Shipping and returns
At Skid Slayer, we want your order to show up clean, intact, and ready to do its job. If something goes wrong, we will make it right.
Shipping
Orders usually ship within 1 to 3 business days after payment is processed. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge for reshipping.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, stolen packages after delivery confirmation, or issues caused by an incorrect shipping address. If your tracking shows a delivery issue, contact us and we will help you figure out the best next step.
Damaged or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or clearly not right, email us within 7 days of delivery.
Send your order number and a photo of the issue to hello@skidslayer.com.
If the issue is on us, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
Satisfaction guarantee
Your backside deserves better. If you try Skid Slayer and genuinely do not love it, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your first order.
The satisfaction guarantee applies to one order per customer or household. It is meant for real product feedback, not bulk returns, resale orders, or repeated claims.
For hygiene reasons, we do not require opened toilet paper to be returned. If the product is unopened and we ask for a return, we will provide instructions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs, taxes, and fees may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
Returns
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, email hello@skidslayer.com with your order number. We will confirm whether the order is eligible and send the next steps.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging unless the return is part of an approved satisfaction guarantee claim.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Subscriptions
You can cancel or update a subscription before the next order is processed. Once a subscription order has already processed or shipped, it follows the same return and refund policy above.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Abuse of policy
We reserve the right to refuse refunds, returns, or guarantee claims that appear abusive, fraudulent, excessive, or outside normal household use.
